6. Swim 200m in clothing in less than 10mins.
7. Scenarios such as working as part of a team or individually using initiative assist a casualty in difficulty.

2. Perform contact rescues on a concious & unconcious casualty.
3. Learn & perform CPR for adult, child & baby.
4. Learn & perform primary & secondary survey on a casualty.
5. Learn & perform recovery position on a casualty.
6. Demonstarte a variety of contact tows.
7. Perform a resuce of an unconcious casualy & hold in support position in less than 2mins.
8. Demonstrate a reverse & a standoff.
9. Scenarios such as working as part of a team or individually using initiative assist 2 casualties in difficulty 10m away.
